1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused
- Item must be in original packaging
- All tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and hygiene concerns, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Used helmets or riding gear
- Inner padding or worn safety equipment
- Clearance / sale items (if mentioned)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Order ID
- Product images
- Reason for return
Once approved:
- We will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the product
- Return instructions will be provided
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
- Once approved:
- Refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days
- Amount will be credited via the original payment method
5. Refund Timeline
- Payment gateway processing (like Razorpay): 5–7 business days
- Bank delays (if any) are beyond our control
6. Shipping Charges
- Non-refundable unless:
- Product is defective
- Wrong item was delivered
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
8. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A wrong item
You must report it within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).
We will:
- Offer replacement OR
- Provide a full refund
9. Failed Transactions
- If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed:
- Refund will be automatically processed within 5–7 business days
